I've taken last week off, but I'm here today to tell you about iscroll2.
iscroll2 is a replacement trackpad driver for older apple laptop models like the powerbook and ibook G4 that do net yet support 2-finger scrolling. It's freeware and works just great, although it's only version 0.28. Of course as with all software drivers your mileage may vary and I urge you to back up before installing.
Anyway, it works fine for me although it did take some tweaking of the settings in the preferences pane. Scroll speed was way too fast to be usable, but with lots of parameters to change, I'm sure you can make it work just like you want it to.
